Reviews on the Job Interview Approaches in Malaysia Context

چکیده
The job interview has become a popular topic for research among scholars and is common format employed by any stake holders, recruitment agencies, companies institutions. It also called an assessment to select suitable candidate hiring. A instrument used the standard questions or semi-structured internally locally with set of objective. There were several studies conducted on employment interviews. was found that three areas interest are explored in this paper: (1) comprehending what standardised interviews envisage, (2) investigating how concepts can be evaluated, (3) categorise components may impact procedure. further there equally important factors require moderate focus incorporated: constructing general value fresh graduates behavioural senior positions, best attributes personal traits, reliable explanations, classification quantification characteristics employability skills. hope these approaches utilized contributes field interviews, especially Malaysia context which prepare young generations.
